Wokingham Sports Sponsorship Fund for U18's

This news is aimed at parents or guardians of our U18 fencers.

RFC has recently received notice from Wokingham Borough Council of an offer for sponsorship of young talented sports people. To qualify, you must be:

• Aged U18 or under.
• Lived in Wokingham borough for at least 6 months.
• Be of at least county standard in their chosen sport.

Any applications need to be supported by evidence from a coach or club secretary, along with a progress report from the individual's coach. If the individual already receives any sponsorship, this must be declared in the application.

Applications must be made by midnight on 28 March 2023. The council's panel will meet in March, following which applicants shall be notified by post.
